Prepare handcrafted pizzas outside with the Fire Magic Built-In Pizza Oven! This 30″ wide pizza oven features an 18″ x 18″ x 3/4″ Cordierite pizza stone. Monitor or adjust the internal temperature with the grill top thermometer, and the thermostatic control. Within 20 minutes of preheating, the 304 Stainless Steel Burner will bring the full power of 36,000 BTUS to your oven using propane or natural gas. Pizza is not the only thing you can make in this oven, its convective cooking from interior sides opens up a world of possibilities. Cookies, steak, bread, and veggies are just a few other options!
The Fire Magic Built-In Pizza Oven is made in the United States from 304 Stainless Steel and is built to last a lifetime. Look through the ceramic glass door viewing window to monitor the progress of your creation, using its gravity latch locking system to keep it from falling open. There is also an ignition flame viewing window where you can safely start up your oven. Once ignited and heated, the three-layer dome will hold its temperature through superior insulation. This oven will be easily installed into a cut-out of 31 1/4″ W x 23 1/2″ D x 11 1/2″ H, or the Fire Magic 660 Series Liner.
