When purchasing the HPC EI Series Round Penta Burner Flat Insert – 24″ you will have to choose between two different options that will decide how much control you will get with your EI System. The first option being the On/Off model is of no extra charge and allows for quick turn on and off of your insert. The second option is the Variable Flame model, this is offered at an upcharge and allows for flame control. The Variable Flame model has a 45% turn-down flame that gives you not only the option to control the height of your flame but will give you the option of more or less heat. Both make for a great choice as it just depends on the kind of control you would like to have.
